Role Overview
Provide operational support to managers, supervisors, Mortgage Loan Officers, processors, and closers to help complete essential mortgage tasks while reducing risk for the organization and its members.
Key Responsibilities
+ Assist with new loan setup, including document indexing, ordering, validation, and system updates while ensuring compliance.
+ Review and organize loan documents received via email, fax, and third parties.
+ Contact members to gather basic information (e.g., contact details, availability) and provide updates to support a positive experience.
+ Maintain accurate and consistent notes for all member interactions and account activity.
+ Track and update tasks and action items in internal systems.
+ Follow up with members to collect outstanding documents and provide loan status updates.
