This six-month fixed-term role reports directly to the Total Rewards Manager. You will be pivotal in administering the benefits programs, addressing employee inquiries, and supporting payroll compliance. Collaboration with various teams and careful attention to detail will drive the quality of service provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate new hire benefits enrollments and life event changes
• Provide timely, confidential responses to benefits queries
• Ensure employee requests are tracked and resolved within timelines
• Support finance in reconciling benefits-related invoices
