Job Description
Become a key player as a Product Support Specialist III, blending remote support with occasional fieldwork. Provide expert assistance on installation and service issues related to HVAC products and appliances.
This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by troubleshooting post-sale inquiries for both commercial and residential clients. You'll leverage your strong communication skills and technical know-how to manage customer requests efficiently. Reporting to the Manager of Customer Experience, you'll ensure cases are fully resolved and effectively documented in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
