Overview

Our client have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Protection & Control Project Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary engineering team. The role will support the development and delivery of an expanding portfolio of transmission projects aligned to Net Zero targets.

This is a 12-month contract position with hybrid working , typically 3 days per week in the office (flexibility available). The role sits within a programme of upcoming transmission projects and offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale infrastructure delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide protection and control engineering support across multiple transmission projects, defining technical scope requirements during development stages and evaluating third-party detailed designs during delivery.
• Review and assess panel designs and protection schemes
