**Introduction**
Within IBM Expert Labs UKI Automation Platform, the Resource Deployment Manager (RDM) is responsible for end-to-end resource deployment across the lifecycle of client engagements. The role ensures optimal alignment between demand, skills, and capacity to drive revenue, utilisation, and gross profit performance. The RDM is accountable for minimising bench, enabling billable readiness, and ensuring the right skills are deployed at the right time to support strategic Data Platform growth.
