About Our Client

Our client is looking to source an ICFR Consultant to support ongoing ICFR and SOX compliance initiatives in a primarily execution-focused capacity. The contract will be 6-9 months. This individual will play a key role in supporting testing cycles, maintaining documentation integrity, and assisting with walkthroughs and control assessments across multiple business functions.

About the Opportunity

• Execute ICFR and SOX testing activities across a range of business processes and functional areas
• Perform walkthroughs with process owners and update narratives, flowcharts, and supporting documentation as required
• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and document testing results in accordance with established methodologies
