• Designing solution proposals and decision documents
• Installing, packaging, customising, integrating, testing and releasing new:
  • Operational software
  • Universal software
  • Standard software
• Analysing impacts of new ICT components on existing systems
• Advising system developers and end users on system-technical topics
• Defining and creating:
  • Backup and recovery measures
  • Change & Problem Management checklists
  • Data backup policies
