About The Role As a CBRE Information & Communications Technology Service Delivery Technician, you will provide on‑site support for the ICT and Engineering services within the Data Center environment.
This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. You will be responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.
What You’ll Do - Receive, review, and complete IT equipment installation, relocation, and decommission requests within timeframes and to industry standards.
- Provide problem‑solving support, including server reboots, backups, visual inspections, etc.
- Escort third‑party engineers and ensure their compliance with the site standards.
- Receive, respond, and assign break‑and‑fix tickets within the agreed timeframe or escort escalation if they cannot be resolved.
