We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ICT/IoT Support Executive to manage a diverse portfolio of ICT-related tasks, IoT deployments and business applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both field operations and system support, offering technical expertise and user assistance across multiple domains.
- Conduct site surveys for IoT device planning.
- Install and configure IoT sensors and gateways.
- Deploy and test Proof of Concept (PoC) environments.
- Monitor connected devices for performance and connectivity.
- Perform regular firmware updates and maintenance.
- Provide L1/L2 support to end-users for business applications.
- Coordinate with vendors for escalated support and troubleshooting.
- Create and reset accounts for HRMS and Farnek Buddy platforms.
