We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and customer-focused trainee to join our team as a Receptionist through an IEFP professional internship.

What we're looking for:
- No previous experience required
- Interest in hospitality, customer service, and front-office operations
- Good communication skills, initiative, and willingness to learn
- Sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to different tasks and daily routines
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory); other languages are a plus
Key responsibilities:
- Support check-in/check-out procedures
- Assist with online and telephone reservations
- Learn to use reservation and property management software
