Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of communication for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate new hire requirements across internal teams to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant onboarding
- Improve and maintain recruitment process documentation and assist in training team members
- Identify process inefficiencies within recruitment and project workflows, and recommend practical solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
