Implementation Engineer

As an Implementation Engineer, you will drive the integration of Amadeus products and services with customer systems, building customized solutions and ensuring they meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer systems and service requirements.
• Identify specific actions necessary to integrate Amadeus products/services.
• Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule.
• Determine and document adaptations to Amadeus products and services.
• Write functional specifications used for customization and verify that specifications reflect customer requirements.
• Guarantee that customized products/solutions meet specified requirements.
• Perform the necessary tests on the customized solution before it is delivered to the customer.
• Provide functional support and problem resolution to sales and/or customer functional staff.
