The Implementation Manager will play a central role in delivering and supporting Foods Connected's managed service offering, working closely with the Head of Implementation to drive successful adoption of our platform across new and existing customers. The primary focus of this role is our Procurement & Supply Chain product suite, with particular emphasis on our Strategic Procurement & Protein Optimise solutions.

You will take ownership of key client accounts including some of Europe's largest food retailers, ensuring our tools are embedded effectively within their procurement and supply chain operations and continue to deliver measurable value over time.

This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role that combines project management, functional expertise, and relationship management. A willingness to travel is essential, as you will work on-site with clients to understand their operational challenges and implement solutions that drive real improvement.
