Responsibilities: Coordinate / PO follow up with origin and customer for all incoming shipment. Manage shipments pre-alerts to customer timely. Basic knowledge on cargo commodity as per IATA rules and regulation Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly Arrange shipments deliveries with customers and Traffic Team and customs team Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively Work closely with internal operations to meet customer's requirements Ensure compliance with customer's Standard Operating Procedures Ensure all data are updated correctly in system Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements Monitors progress to achieve month end targets Work with billing team to close off jobs and issue invoice Take ch...
