JOB DETAILS

1) Pricing for Air and sea shipments
2) Sending rate request to agents/co-loaders/shipping lines

3) After the rates are received, check for the lowest rates then add profit to the rate and quote to the customer

4) Follow up with customer for quoted rates

5) After the booking is received follow up with agent for the status of the shipment

6) Arrange insurance if needed by consignee

7) Check draft documents and get them corrected if required also sending them to clearance team for confirmation incase we are the CHA

8) After the final pre-alerts are received, sending the same to consignee and to CHA minimum 6-7 days Before shipments arrival with required details like sell rate, insurance for preparing checklist

9) Tracking the shipments and giving time to time updates to consignee

10) For only forwarding shipments, sending invoice to consignee 2-3 days before arrival of shipment
