Job Description
Summary - Salary range: $2800-$3200 (Based on experience)
- Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
(After probation - Alternate Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm) - Industry: Third-party logistics (3PL) company
- Location: Tuas
- Fulltime, yearly bonus
Responsibilities - Coordinate and monitor daily trucking and shipment activities to ensure timely deliveries.
- Plan and schedule import and export deliveries based on customer requirements.
- Liaise with shipping lines, depots, terminals, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and prompt manner.
- Track shipment progress and provide regular updates to customers and relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and verify job documents, billing, and records while ensuring compliance with operational procedures and container inspection requirements.
