Are you a supply chain professional who thrives on keeping things moving? Hynds is looking for an experienced Import Supply Customer Service Manager to lead a key operational team at our Import Distribution Centre in Onehunga.

About the Role

This is a pivotal role connecting our sales network, customers, and wider supply chain. You'll lead a team responsible for the end-to-end supply of imported products — from overseas vendors through to our branches and customers — ensuring everyone is informed, priorities are clear, and orders are fulfilled on time.

You'll be the go-to person for the sales network on imported product supply, managing ETAs, stock availability, substitution options, and order fulfilment — while keeping systems accurate and stakeholders in the loop.
