Job Summary Support warehouse and operations teams by preparing and processing documentation, coordinating deliveries, managing billing and reporting, handling customer inquiries, and performing general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Responsibilities - Prepare and process operational documents including Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, permits, and job sheets to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Perform accurate data entry into Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Excel, and internal systems to maintain up-to-date information
- Maintain organized filing systems for both softcopy and hardcopy operational documents to facilitate easy retrieval
