Job Description Define job responsibilities for import/export operations to meet manufacturing needs. Ensure timely import/export of goods to both internal and external stakeholders. Handle paperwork and system processes efficiently for importing and exporting goods. Coordinate with vendors, forwarders, airlines, movers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-schedule shipment of capital equipment and incoming materials/parts. Facilitate the export of finished goods to customers through effective coordination with internal stakeholders and forwarders, ensuring timely and secure deliveries. Ensure all shipments and document are adhere to SG customs requirement and internal SOP(s). Maintain clear communication with vendors/forwarders and internal stakeholders regarding issues impacting deliveries.
