Job Description
- Define job responsibilities for import/export operations to meet manufacturing needs.
- Ensure timely import/export of goods to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle paperwork and system processes efficiently for importing and exporting goods.
- Coordinate with vendors, forwarders, airlines, movers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-schedule shipment of capital equipment and incoming materials/parts.
- Facilitate the export of finished goods to customers through effective coordination with internal stakeholders and forwarders, ensuring timely and secure deliveries.
- Ensure all shipments and document are adhere to SG customs requirement and internal SOP(s).
- Maintain clear communication with vendors/forwarders and internal stakeholders regarding issues impacting deliveries.
