5 - 8 Years Job Description Understanding on how DB operates. Support BAU operations – support installation of agents to DB servers, configuration of DAM (MX, GW, DRA), provide reporting status, policies optimization. Escalation – support case handling, escalation, and resolution. Version upgrade – Minor and Major, ability to suggest upgrade that suits client's requirement. Troubleshooting – identify issues and provide recommendation on resolution. VAPT fixes – provide fixes to any VAPT issues.
