Main Objective

• Assist the product team in the daily management, testing, and deployment of IT products for logistics operations, while utilizing Mandarin skills to facilitate clear communication and data translation between local and global teams

.Key Responsibilities

• Support the product management team in gathering and documenting basic business requirements from system users
• Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure new IT system features function correctly before deployment
• Help monitor daily IT product performance and collect feedback from operational teams to identify system bugs or areas for improvement
