About the Job
The In-Country Recruitment Manager (ICRM) represents Federation University in Philippines and Indonesia, supporting student recruitment activities, enhancing student support and engagement services, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, including education agents, industry, alumni, partner schools.
This role is responsible for expanding the university’s presence in the assigned region by implementing sustainable student recruitment strategies, conversion sales plans, business development initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
The position works closely with the Regional Manager, SEA, and the broader regional team, collaborating with International Admissions, Marketing, and Compliance to achieve annual regional sales targets
