Robert Half is partnering with a Global Agriculture Organization base in Oregon looking for an experienced In House Counsel to support their team! This opportunity is for someone located in Oregon state with their license active and in good standing


Responsibilities:

+ Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including nondisclosure agreements, customer contracts, and vendor arrangements.

+ Manage contracts throughout the full lifecycle, from initial intake and redlining through execution and follow-up support.

+ Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders on day-to-day commercial matters affecting business operations.

+ Address a backlog of legal projects and help advance work that has been delayed or placed on hold.

+ Partner with business teams to support customer and supplier relationships through clear and practical contract advice.
