Skills & experience

You will be a Defendant/personal injury insurance lawyer at the 5-10 year level. If you had some workers comp experience, this would be helpful but not necessary.


Your new role


Will see you being responsible for managing a portfolio of personal injury claims (consisting primarily of losses arising from excess of loss and ground-up workers compensation risks). There is a strong focus on detailed and realistic physical and psychological injury loss assessment, establishing robust reserves that reflect ultimate probable cost for personal injury claims, including claims involving serious injuries and long-term entitlements.


The role also involves client/market engagement, managing key business relationships, and with an emphasis on efficiency.
