In House Paralegal

This is an exciting in-house paralegal role, forming part of a small dedicated legal team servicing the needs of the UK business. The role reports to Senior Legal Counsel and ultimately General Counsel for the UK (Chief Legal Officer). The role is extremely varied and requires the individual to assist with all manner of legal tasks across a full spectrum of matters, whilst working in a dynamic, growing, exciting and fast paced environment.

As a growing business, this role will be dynamic and flexible, with what are likely to be changing responsibilities and priorities as the business develops, however, the primary focus of the role will be:

• Acting as a key point of contact for standard contract drafting, review and negotiation across the business, including NDAs, MSAs, supplier and customer contracts, and managing the contracts lifecycle and central contracts register.
