Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all service requirements addressed to IRD and ensure their immediate action to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction.
  • Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy, and an extremely high standard of social skills; display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and maintain a good company image with guests and colleagues.
  • Work in close cooperation with the Kitchen and all other key service departments.
  • Follow standard instructions for immediate guest care, telephone manners, and upselling.
  • Ensure that no telephone is left unattended and practice impeccable telephone manners.
  • Conduct a proper handover during shift change.

Qualifications

  • University Degree or Vocational qualification in any field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or as a telephone operator / call center employee.
