Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design process across ERP modules, like coding tests, proctoring, etc.

Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.

Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and content writers to ensure cohesive experiences.

Champion accessibility, responsiveness, and interaction design best practices.
