Responsibilities - Oversee and reconcile daily revenue transactions from Rooms, Food & Beverage, Banquet, Spa, Gallery, Retail, and other revenue-generating departments to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare, verify, and distribute Daily Revenue Reports promptly to management for informed decision‑making
- Supervise and audit Front Office transactions including paid‑outs, rebates, allowances, adjustments, house‑use rooms, complimentary rooms, no‑shows, and cancellations to maintain revenue integrity
- Validate that all rebates, voids, discounts, adjustments, and complimentary transactions have valid documentation and authorized approvals
