POSITION OVERVIEW: Driftpile Cree Nation is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and experienced professional to fill the role of IESTP Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Social Development, the ISETS program, this position is a leadership role responsible for the coordination, administration, delivery, and reporting of employment and skills training initiatives designed to support members in gaining meaningful employment, education, and career development opportunities.
The successful candidate will oversee program operations, supervise staff, manage budgets, build partnerships, and ensure all services are delivered in accordance with funding agreements and organizational priorities.
