Indoor Sales Executive Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities - Acquire new and handle existing customers.
- Handle follow up on quotations and enquires.
- Provide pre‑and‑after‑sales queries to customers.
- Follow up on orders and customer enquires.
- Maintain and promote a positive and professional attitude while building collaborative relationships among potential and existing customers.
- Continue training and education to keep pace with product modifications, industry changes and sales knowledge.
Requirements - Candidate must possess at least a Pre‑U/A level/College, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- No experience needed; training will be provided.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel & Powerpoint.
