The Industrial Designer/Design Draughtsman uses their design skills, technical knowledge, and expertise to create innovative solutions to problems across the range of Dometic Front Runner products aimed at the outdoor or overland consumer.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time, to standard and to budget.
• Lead and contribute to concept development, specification, and detail design of new products.
• Design the aesthetics, materials and functionality of new products or revisions on existing products.
• Use CAD software to design, assemble, validate, and visualize products.
• Prepare complete data packs for BOM’s and factory production.
• Oversee and support manufacturing of prototypes.
• Prepare Fitment Guides & Packing Lists for publishing.
• Collaborate with other departments that rely on information originating from engineering.
