Responsibilities:
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to significantly reduce waste (MUDA), minimize cycle times, and maximize productivity.Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering and resource optimization to meet annual budget targets.Lead and drive new product introduction (NPI) or process improvement projects from initial concept through to full production.Act as a technical mentor to the production team. Develop and deliver training sessions on workflow improvements, standardized work, and cost-saving techniques.Utilize Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Six Sigma) to provide data-backed recommendations to senior management.
