INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER II

The IE Practitioner will be responsible to maintain cost competitiveness and stable delivery by optimally managing all process from production to sales and should act as catalyst to drive Business process improvements.

This job also includes identifying accurate manufacturing environments through job measurement & data analysis and identifying/suggesting opportunities for improvement through mid- to long-term industry and product trend, capacity, cost, P&L, labour efficiency analysis.

**Requirements**

+ Ability to establish and use standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead to measure performance and identify variances.

+ Competence in analyzing cost variances between actual and standard costs to identify the reasons for discrepancies and take corrective actions.
