6S Program Leadership

• Design, implement, and sustain a plant-wide 6S program


• Conduct baseline audits and establish visual standards


• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly audit processes


• Create and enforce clear 6S policies, checklists, and visual controls

Workflow & Layout Optimization

• Map current-state value streams and identify inefficiencies
