• Bachelor’s Degree, BTech or National Diploma in Industrial Engineering or a related field.


• 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen) and performance analysis.


• Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
