Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- 1. Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Send interview invitations and follow-up communication.
Support virtual and onsite interview arrangements. - 2. Document Collection & Processing
Assist in collecting and verifying candidate documents.
Prepare and organize onboarding-related documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and accurate filing of candidate information. - 3. Administrative Support
Update recruitment trackers and databases.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the PS TA team. - 4. Project & Event Support
Assist in PS TA related projects, process improvements, or HR initiatives.
Support coordination of HR events.
Participate in internal team projects as assigned.
