Industrial Means Engineer

Opportunity within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid) as part of the Industrial Means team in the Manufacturing Engineering department. The role involves working with cross‑disciplinary engineers to design, build and deliver critical production assets for launcher components and satellites.

Accountabilities

• Manage industrial means packages (tooling, MGSE, machines or autonomous systems) for entire programs, delivering on time, within cost and quality.
• Responsible for design, coordination and execution of tooling and MGSE for manufacturing, machining, assembly, test, ground operations and transport of launchers and satellite products.
• Attend customer meetings (ESA, Ariane, etc.) and interact with local or international suppliers; occasional travel may be required.
