**Industrial Painter**

$21 TO $26/hr ( 2nd shift Diff. $1.50/Hr
Swing shift: 3pm - 12am, M-Th.
Day Shift: 5am -3pm M-Th

**Role and Responsibilities**

+ Prep all painted surfaces so that the paint can adhere to the metal surface
+ Apply paint to customer specifications, paying close attention to application technique so that paint does not run or pool
+ Clean and maintain paint equipment
+ A willingness to cross train and assist in other shop functions as needed

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**

**Competencies**

+ Ability to use paint sprayer in a clean and orderly fashion

**Education, Experience, Certifications**

+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1 year plus in a paint facility

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**

+ Ability to lift 50lbs frequently
