**Position:** Industrial Production Operator
**Location:** Gurley, AL 35748
**Pay & Shift Details**


+ **Pay Rate:** $18 per hour
+ **Shift:** 12-hour shifts, 6:00am – 6:00pm
+ **Schedule:** 3-2-3 rotating (3 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, etc.)

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**


+ Observe all safety rules and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
+ Steel-toed boots required
+ No jewelry allowed while on the job
+ Report all safety incidents, unsafe acts, and conditions
+ Weigh and grade powder materials
+ Load and unload mills
+ Perform other related duties as assigned
+ Respirator may be required in certain work areas

+ Strong record-keeping abilities
+ Effective interpersonal skills; must work well as part of a team

**Physical Requirements**


+ Ability to climb a 4-foot ladder
