About the job Industrial Relations (IR) Manager Minimum 5 years experience in an IR / ERmanagement role. LLB Degree / admitted attorney (advantageous). Degree / diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Labour Relations. Valid drivers license. Clear ITC and criminal record. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to cope in a demanding work environment. Knowledge of MS Office applications. Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills. Conflict handling and solutions driven. High level of attention to detail, time management, planning of own work, coordination and prioritization. Ability to work under pressure. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to multitask due to the demanding nature of the business. Extensive knowledge of all relevant labour legislation.
