About the job Industrial Relations (IR) Manager
- Minimum 5 years experience in an IR / ERmanagement role.
- LLB Degree / admitted attorney (advantageous).
- Degree / diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Labour Relations.
- Valid drivers license.
- Clear ITC and criminal record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to cope in a demanding work environment.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills.
- Conflict handling and solutions driven.
- High level of attention to detail, time management, planning of own work, coordination and prioritization.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to multitask due to the demanding nature of the business.
