You will own end‑to‑end Final Assembly industrialization outcome for assigned NPI projects, from design transfer through production readiness and ramp‑up and act as the manufacturing industrialization anchor, ensuring cross‑functional alignment across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Test, and PMO. You will also drive early identification, escalation, and mitigation of manufacturability, cost, capacity, and readiness risks. Lead data‑driven trade‑off decisions to balance cost, quality, capacity, and schedule in alignment with business expectations and ensure you complete CPD milestone deliverables that are technically sound, risk‑aware, and execution‑ready.
