Hands on experience in ITSM and integration, ITOM.
• Knowledge on ITOM design & implementation
• Able to recommend or change changes in existing codes using business rules / client script/ UI policies/ schedule jobs
• Knowledge on Service Now upgrades and its maintenance of the instance
• Scripting skills: Java Script & good to have or understanding of Power Shell & bash
• Knowledge on working with mid servers (Windows & Linux) for discovery issues and for integrations
• Certifications: ITSM & CAD; good to have ITOM
