What You Will Do:

• Cross Department Collaboration & Professional Conduct
• Maintain a professional and collaborative working relationship with all hotel departments and the Home Office.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and engage effectively with employees at all levels.
• Uphold the high service and behavioural standards expected of Four Seasons Hotels.
• User & Guest Support
• Provide timely technical support to hotel guests for their technology needs.
• Deliver high quality IT services and support to administrative users based on established SLAs.
• Assist departments in planning and coordinating computer training to support operational requirements.
