This position is responsible for overseeing the technological infrastructure, systems security, digital operations, and IT support functions of the hotel. The successful candidate ensures that all IT systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently to support hotel operations, guest experience, and internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s IT systems including servers, networks, property management systems (PMS), POS systems, telecommunication systems and ERP system.
• Ensure the smooth functioning and availability of critical hotel systems with minimal downtime.
