This role is responsible for delivering reliable technical support and maintaining seamless day-to-day IT operations across Mango Mass Media. Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues

• Set up, configure, and maintain systems, operating systems, and applications

• Manage user access, emails, passwords, and basic cybersecurity practices

• Monitor and maintain network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and internet performance
