Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Liaise with PMT on all project activities
  • Liaise with PMT/MSD on security matters.
  • Co-ordinate user training.
  • Follow up end users for all LEARNet related operation issues.
  • Follow up and update on resolution of customers’ issues. Report on developer/service providers’ SLA in resolving issues.
  • Implement software change request for the purpose of operational enhancement.
  • Ensure proper acknowledgement of all reported defects and monitoring of the status of the defects
  • Work with DSTA on monitoring the running and performance of the portal
  • Manage the look and feel of the portal.
  • Perform the role of Portal Administrator, in charge of Announcements and Community Management/Administration.
  • Assist end users/POCs on enquires related to communities and direct them to the correct entity for resolution.
  • Perform acceptance test for changes for the Portal....
