Responsibilities: Manage, monitor, and maintain servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, firewalls, and related infrastructure
Install, configure, and support Windows Server, RHEL, and system management tools
Perform system upgrades, patch management, capacity planning, and performance tuning
Manage backup, recovery, and replication activities to ensure data integrity and availability
Conduct infrastructure security hardening based on CIS benchmarks and Singapore Government security standards
Support IT governance, audit, compliance, and disaster recovery activities
Participate in infrastructure implementation, enhancement projects, and change management processes
Support enterprise hardware including Dell servers, Cisco switches, FortiGate firewalls, UPS, and Dell EMC storage
Manage virtualization and container platforms such as VMware and OpenShift/Kubernetes
