We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer and your scope will be as follows Role
Manage ICT Infrastructure services in meeting Service Level Agreement and IT Security Standards and Policies. Manage ICT Infrastructure Incidents to ensure they are resolved within the Service Level Agreement and develop mitigation measures to avoid having re-occurrence of incidents. Develop guidelines, processes and procedures to continuously improve incidents management, escalation and system monitoring. Manage ICT Infrastructure contracts and operating budget in meeting the agreed budget utilisation. Provide ICT Infrastructure support and services in all stages of application deployment, testing and production. Deliver ICT Infrastructure services in meeting business needs, within agreed budget, duration and quality.
